I'm a third year B.s.c student studying Biology, Psychology and neuroscience. Since I was a child I was interested in science. I was introduced to the world of robotics and engineering in high-school.
I chose to join this lab mainly because of the possibility to explore a better alternative to animal testing in the medical industry, in doing so reduce their suffering and improving the process of pharmaceutical approval.
I am part of the team working on the Tribo-electric nano-generator project. Our aim is to restore tactile sensation to people who suffer peripheral nerve damage.
I would like to continue my education in the field of neuroscience.
After finishing my B.s.c I hope to stay in the lab and start a Masters degree.
On my spare time I enjoy traveling, painting, reading and spending time with my friends and family.
